LokaVox sends SMS notifications directly to its registered platform users regarding account activity and platform updates. LokaVox is the sole sender of all SMS messages under this program. By opting in to SMS notifications during account registration, you agree to the following:

You agree not to use the Platform to:
You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Platform, including client information, documents, and communications. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Telnyx (SMS), and Google (Calendar/Email). Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The Platform includes AI-powered features that generate suggestions, drafts, and analysis. You acknowledge that:
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of LokaVox. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LokaVox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content or the delivery of SMS messages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LokaVox and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
