4. SMS/Text Messaging

LokaVox sends SMS notifications directly to its registered platform users regarding account activity and platform updates. When you opt in to SMS notifications during account registration at app.lokavox.com:

• Messages may include account alerts, system notifications, security alerts, and other communications related to your use of the LokaVox platform.
• LokaVox is the sole sender of all messages under this program.
• Message frequency varies based on account activity and platform usage.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@lokavox.com.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any LokaVox service.
• We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, SMS content, or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will NOT be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your own server infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers AI features. Data sent to their API is processed according to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Telnyx: Provides SMS messaging services. Subject to Telnyx's Privacy Policy.
